Theme and tokens
Configure the Chakra theme used by the default Hyperflow UI skin.

The skin owns its visual tokens, semantic tokens, recipes, and slot recipes. Document the supported extension points and the semantic role of each token; avoid requiring consumers to target implementation selectors.
When a token change affects color mode, focus treatment, contrast, or motion, show the expected accessible result.
