Render a custom timeline

Build a timeline skin from semantic entries rather than raw protocol events.

Work in progress. This documentation is actively being written and may change.

useTimeline(sessionId) is the public headless timeline contract. Render its entries and controls; do not recreate act grouping, orphan-draft handling, tool deduplication, or live-turn ordering in each skin.

For streaming Markdown, defer only expensive parsing work. A completed message must render immediately.
