Initialize the singleton client once with API, WebSocket, and token-storage configuration. HyperflowProvider gives the React layer a stable initialized boundary; useAuth and related hooks expose application-facing state and commands.
Keep token persistence, login recovery, and runtime configuration at the application boundary. Presentation components should consume the narrow headless contracts they need.
