Streaming and live updates
Preserve ordered WebSocket updates while keeping rendering inexpensive.

The client preserves protocol order. The React layer batches response deltas and flushes them before a terminal event, session switch, or cleanup. UI code should subscribe to the smallest semantic value it needs and should not add a competing scheduler for response deltas.
For custom skins, prefer useTimeline and its entries over subscribing to broad session caches. Expensive presentation work such as Markdown parsing may be throttled; controls, approvals, and terminal states must remain immediate.
